Introducing Infinity Yield

Now is a great opportunity to get in on Infinity Yield ($IFY), an emerging ERC-20 token that offers a new approach to staking. IFY is a high-potential investment that will be featured on Wall Street Bets and Satoshi Bets on February 16. IFY is a crypto that is loyal to its holders, and offers many ways to make huge returns. Through the Weak Hand Tax, market manipulation and other factors that may result in depreciation of value are deterred AND the IFY staking pool is fueled (self sufficient). Infinity Yield offers staking at up to 245% ROI, a number that will be hard for anyone to turn down. For those interested in investing, the IFY presale begins on February 23 at 19:00 UTC, and is available through the infinity yield website. There is a limited amount of available tokens that will be sold during the presale, so it is important to get in early to ensure you get a spot. For more information and future updates on Infinity Yield, visit our website: http://infinityield.fun/

Bridge Champ and other musings

Let me start with a bit of a retrospective on the wonderful journey we had at Jelurida for the last 3 years starting from the Ardor mainnet launch. As you know, our business plan and vision around Ardor is to create a single chain “to secure them all” as the consensus layer with many child chains serving as the decentralized application layer.Learning from our vast experience with the Nxt project decentralized asset exchange, which while hosting some decent projects, served mostly as a launchpad for failed or scam projects, we decided that child chains will be created only by Jelurida based on a contractual agreement with the child chain issuer entity. Frankly, so far we did not attract enough developers to our platform. You see, we are operating in a very competitive market that only gets more competitive by the day, naturally developers are attracted to the platform with better network effect or higher marketing budgets and we need to work harder to carve our niche. But enough with excuses.Fast forward to August 2020 we had on one hand a perfectly working blockchain platform with most of the promised content already implemented and much more that was never promised like Contracts, HD wallet, Android full node and more. An engineering masterpiece I would dare to say. On the other hand we had few actual projects working on child chains or developing on our own permissionless child chain Ignis. We were clearly missing something. My idea was that the missing piece is for us to develop our own dapp ourselves starting with the initial concept and business plan up to a state of the art production system to demonstrate how one can use the Ardor/Ignis ecosystem to create a profitable, regulatory compliant, legitimate business model that can be exponentially scaled in the future. The idea for Bridge Champ was not envisioned by us but by Barak Lieberman a bridge player and trainer whom I met at the time who became our partner and consultant for this project. I used to play contract bridge as a teenager and learning from Barak about the challenges facing the online bridge players, and the industry as a whole got me thinking if there is a business opportunity here and it turned out that there is one! In fact, the contract bridge use case ticks all the boxes for a dapp namely:A large community of users (players) suffering from a stagnated ecosystem. Many interesting use cases for token economy, such as in-game token, achievement registration, trophies and merchandise, 3rd party ecosystem integration, various cryptographic widgets, and tricks that can be later reused by follow-up projects.Relatively mild regulatory risk due to not having to deal with financial instruments or gambling or other riskier applications.Cool and fun project with lot’s of technical challenges like we computer geeks always like to work on.And most of all, forcing us to think, plan and design how a real world production dapp should be architected. Knowledge that we can later externalize to our partners.Fast forward 6 month and I’m happy to say that the project is in full swing. There are more than 5 developers working nearly full time and an experienced team composed of a product manager, marketing expert, designer and content creator dedicated to the project. Furthermore we increased the project scope quite a bit adding video/audio/chat integration, game bot integration, mobile app and of course the blockchain integration and a utility token. All this is based on an open API layer that 3rd party developers will be able to integrate with.In fact Bridge Champ is shaping up to be a social network like site evolved around the game of contract bridge and a great use case for a utility token. We are also working on the corporate structure, legal setup, contractual commitments there are so many aspects to consider. The end result is shaping up to be one of greatest use cases for blockchain integration and token economy. A detailed roadmap will be uploaded soon to https://www.bridgechamp.com/ and meanwhile you can register to our newsletter for updates.Exciting and historical times ahead!

Blockchain networks will morph into virtual nations

Turn on the tv or load up your favorite news blog. The political landscape is melting and the elites are doing their best to maintain their authoritarian grip on its citizens. Do I have to wear one mask, or is two now...or wait now they want me to wear three masks? The elites are showing their cards and they have been bluffing the entire time. They can't be trusted any longer, yet they will do everything they can to keep trying to control your behavior and your assets. With cryptocurrencies gaining popularity, there is now a way to exit these corrupt government systems and enter a censorship free and private domain. The rise of Bitcoin is just the beginning. Having crossed the 1 trillion mark, it now has a marketcap greater than most countries GDP. Radical change is approaching and politics continue to look like a dumpster fire soon leading to its ultimate death. Market forces will eventually lead to new societies that form in the virtual world on decentralized blockchain networks. It's already apparent that crypto folk are very proud of the blockchains they invest in. Its like rooting for your favorite sports team or having pride of the country you live in. What if we are at the beginning stages of a tectonic shift from corrupt government to more anarchic systems on the internet where each blockchain network serves its people like countries of old. Within the blockchain network lies other chains (multi-chains) that act like States. Running on multichains are various dapps similar to cities. Inside these networks, new digital assets can be created and destroyed without government and the forceful attempts to take control of a portion of your assets. Whole new digital economies will form within these blockchain networks. And there wont be a need for politics where code is now the law. There will be communities, but the political ideologies will die off. No more left vs right. Just be. It's time for the people to take back the power from authoritarian rule. Decentralize the world. No borders on imagination. People will flock to whatever virtual country (blockchain network) fits their values. Now imagine a world 10 years later where Ardor is running a massive digital economy that generates more gdp than Bulgaria ($67 billion). That would put Ardor price at about $67. Now imagine its still running 30 years from now with 100 multi-chains and 1000's of dapps. You get the point. [https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List\_of\_countries\_by\_GDP\_(nominal)](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_GDP_(nominal)) Ethereum marketcap is 216 billion and it doesn't even scale. How are people living in this virtual country supposed to operate if it costs them $200 in gas fees just to get to work everyday :) The future for Ardor is bright. It's just going to take time. We have just landed on this virtual country called Ardor. Be a pioneer and help secure this great piece of land. Buy 1000 ARDR and set up a node to validate transactions in blocks using the innovative proof of stake consensus.

is this ardor wallet provider legit?

the site is ardor-wallet dot com. I'm starting to suspect I may have been duped. I created a wallet using that site and then sent some ARDR to the wallet address it generated from binance. but now the mnemonic they generated does not work as the seed for that account. Now looking back , it looks kind of sketchy. Hopefully someone has some insight on this , i cant find anything else about it specifically on line. thanks

Messari Research Won't Report on Ardor

I find it fascinating that Messari doesnt have any research done on Ardor. They claim 2017 coins were [jammed into useless protocols](https://twitter.com/RyanWatkins_/status/1359515783957774341), but somehow failed to do any research into how ARDR secures and validates blocks in the network while child chain tokens can pay for transactions. Scan their site and hundreds of coins have deep analysis yet the only ["news" for ardor](https://messari.io/asset/ardor/news) is that it was delisted on poloneix back in 2019. Great "analysis" work team Messari! This is and has been a sign that they are scared of Ardor's potential. Most of Messari investments depend on ETH and erc20 tokens being a success. God forbid they do some unbiased research on other blockchains outside of the ones they bought in at presales and have heavy bags in. They are a crypto boiler room pumping their bags to institutions for a fee with their bloomberg inspired terminal. Attempting to hide information only makes it hurt more later on. Time is on Ardor's side for the truth to come out eventually and get the credit and recognition it deserves for proof of stake consensus and multichain architecture.

Infrastructure coins started to go up in Marketcap

The traders from eth system are coming for a better type of blockchain infrastructure. 1% of eth current 24hr trade volume is about $400,000,000. CTSI was up 500% today with about $350,000,000 24 hr trade volume. [https://www.coingecko.com/en/categories/infrastructure](https://www.coingecko.com/en/categories/infrastructure) This is what happens when there is barely any liquidity on the sell side and a coin has been ignored for years with hopes and dreams of eth2.0 completing in the years to come. Many haven't taken into consideration ETH scaling issues and high fees for the masses. What seems inevitable may be a catastrophic risk. The time for ardr's rise is approaching as more projects start launching on the ardr network and word gets around. The narrative that eth gas fees are a bottleneck for UX is out in the open and here to stay.

ETH fees are clogging up the system

Social media is starting to document the i[nsane fees](https://twitter.com/search?q=eth%20fees&src=typed_query) they are being charged for minor transaction on eth network. All erc-20 coins are exposed to this risk. When defi tries to unwind thier positions as prices fall and [regulators come knocking](https://decrypt.co/57223/federal-reserve-bank-of-st-louis-taking-close-look-at-ethereum-defi), they are going to be in for quite a surprise when the degens realize it will cost more in fees to exit their position than the return on their trade. Because of yield farming most defi trades involves multiple transactions. The fees will also multiply on top of being astronomical in relation to transactional value. Most will not exit because the fees are too high and will become [perpetual liquidity miners](https://twitter.com/DeFiDonatello/status/1356494657774002177) on their synthetic or governance tokens as token prices plummet after the defi bubble pops (just like ico bubble popped on eth network in 2018) Imagine trying to fix a broken engine of a full capacity Boeing 707 mid flight. That's what all these L2 ethereum scaling "solutions" are trying to provide. And the passengers are institutions, Silicon VC's and degen DeFi "investors". If only there was another blockchain that allows projects to truly scale using multi chain architecture and low to no fees for various types of transactions. Some will preach Cardano, but they dont even have smart contracts yet :) Ardor's moment to shine is approaching. Its been a long winter. DeFi tokens where only insiders and the team stake coins to run a few nodes is [centralized](https://bitcoinist.com/nick-szabo-ethereum-eth-is-becoming-a-centralized-cult/). The original intention of staking was not for trying to get falsely advertised 100% apy on your synthetic governance tokens. Take back what it means to "stake" a coin in a proof of stake network. Buy 1000 ardr, create a node, and help validate transactions and secure a blockchain that is ACTUALLY decentralized. Isn't that why we are here in the first place? I know I am. Or we can just go back to the same broken centralized systems that have been plaguing society for decades. I choose to be part of the decentralized future.

Anyone here bought before Genesis block and Bittrex freeze?

Find me another coin that has been slaughtered as much as Ardor given its potential. Anyone been here hodling since late 2017? Bitcoiners never went through 3.5 years of torture. [https://ibb.co/Dz40xgL](https://ibb.co/Dz40xgL) If there are a ton of hodlers unwilling to part with their ARDR in a highly illiquid market, there is a good chance there wont be much selling to around $2 where a lot of people got screwed over from a near 2 week bittrex freeze. Imagine if no one could trade btc for two weeks. Of course there would be panic selling when the exchanges finally opened back up.

Ardor competiton

Would love to see a technical analysis of Ardor Vs Elrond. They make some wild claims about "massive scalability" built for "internet scale" thanks in part to their "novel" approach to consensus called “Secure Proof of Stake”. Oh and they bring 1000x improvement compared to blockchains such Bitcoin or Ethereum. These are the kind of hyperbolic claims Ardor is up against and the sad thing is that the public market buys into it. EGLD which has nothing to do with gold just hit 2.4 billion. And its backed by Binance so their bots can literally push it to the moon. [https://elrond.com/technology/](https://elrond.com/technology/) Their reddit is closed source and only moderators can make posts so they can control the narrative. And they use cheap marketing tactics like creating a standalone article in a subdomain of Forbes. No navigation like other pages. [https://www.forbes.fr/business/quel-projet-crypto-atteindra-le-premier-les-mille-milliards-de-dollar-de-valorisation/amp/](https://www.forbes.fr/business/quel-projet-crypto-atteindra-le-premier-les-mille-milliards-de-dollar-de-valorisation/amp/) other pages have a full navigation [https://www.forbes.fr/management/holacracy-carcan-bureaucratique-ou-outil-au-service-de-la-creation-de-valeurs/](https://www.forbes.fr/management/holacracy-carcan-bureaucratique-ou-outil-au-service-de-la-creation-de-valeurs/) And lets not forget they are "[Onboarding The Next Billion People, Toward A Multi-Trillion Dollar Market ](https://elrond.com/blog/onboarding-the-next-billion-people-multi-trillion-dollar-market/) "

This is what good marketing and design looks like

Cardano hasnt even released smart contracts and they have a 20 billion valuation which is completely nuts. But they sure do have a flashy, well informed and exciting website. Now people just can easily move eth money into a top 10 coin. Price matters It's a broken record at this point, but Jelurida's inability to market and sell their product is a complete failure compared to other coins. What the hell are they thinking? Id say fire the person in charge of Ardor design and marketing, but there is none. I can't believe I wasted the last 24 months following this project while my investment gets shit on and everything under the sun pumps. But maybe there's that .1% chance that Jelurida and Ardor can pull off being the only startup in 2021 to not have a marketing and design team and succeed. If you build it, will the come? I'm tired of seeing these posers in the crypto world making hyperbolic claims about decentralization, scaling, and security ... and getting all the money flow. Its a major mind fuck to keep holding ardr at this point. I have no idea how ardr whales have held through all this nonsense since genesis. They either gave up and left it as dust or are time travelers and can see the future to hold all this time. Despite all this, I'm still rooting for ardor in the David vs Goliath battle. \--- [https://cardano.org/](https://cardano.org/) [https://www.reddit.com/r/cardano/comments/ldw9iy/why\_does\_dot\_have\_a\_handful\_of\_projects\_already/](https://www.reddit.com/r/cardano/comments/ldw9iy/why_does_dot_have_a_handful_of_projects_already/) "Goguen, the smart contract layer, hasn't been released yet, so as of now it is impossible to build anything on Cardano. We have Native Assets coming to the main chain on the 22nd and Plutus smart contracts coming sometime Q2. Although smart contracts are not currently on the main net, the dev net is live and people are currently building stuff there."

Investing advice for low liquidity coins like Ardor

This explains a lot of Ardor's price movement and huge wicks on daily candles. Keep the faith. We can beat the bots. Time is on our side. Replace fear with conviction. "First, each person decides on their own what trades they choose to make. However, I will say this: Fear is giving you this anxiety. Maximum FOMO is when you see green candles going up until the fear makes you punch the buy order in. Maximum despair and fear of life-altering losses hits peak during deep downward price movements, making you punch out to avoid losing your entire position. Fear makes you buy high and sell low. HFT houses are full of algorithms designed to exploit fear through the price movement, and find gaps in your risk mitigation strategy (e.g. stop-loss hunting algorithms, etc.). If fear is driving you to trade, I urge you not to swim in low-liquidity waters with sharks who specifically make their money exploiting fear.\*" and some decent advice from mark cuban for once.
