Vastgoed opdelen in kleine stukken en deze per stuk aanbieden met behulp van blockchain technologie oftewel: Tokenize de vastgoedwereld. Mijn droom om mijn portfolio beter te diversifiëren met behulp van vastgoed was ineens haalbaar.Ik begon in 2017 met crypto’s. Dat was in het begin nog makkelijk want alles bleef maar stijgen.Maar al snel leerde ik dat risicospreiding noodzakelijk was, want ineens bleek dat daling van crypto ook reëel was. Achteraf had ik de winsten van crypto’s beter kunnen omzetten naar goed renderende vastgoed projecten zoals die van Max Property Group. Het is nog niet te laat, want dat is nu mijn strategie geworden. Zodra ik weer wat winst heb uit crypto, zet ik het om naar MPG projecten waarvan er steeds meer bij komen. Uitkering van de rente elke drie maanden is altijd precies op tijd geweest.Over hun transparantie, als belegger heb je toegang tot wat ze aankopen, wat de bruto huuropbrengst is, en heb je inzicht als je dat wilt in alle koop- en huur- en onderhoudscontracten. Dus je hebt zekerheid dat je geld daar echt in zit, en niet ergens anders.Dat ze (meer gaan) werken met blockchain -niet het cryptogeld gedeelte maar wel de technologie- is voor ons een pré, want het betekent dat de informatie over aangekochte huizen en huuropbrengst en onderhoud, betrouwbaar zijn omdat ze niet achteraf gemanipuleerd of ‘aangepast’ kunnen worden. Ook kun je dan per €1000 inleggen en ook weer verkopen als je dat wilt, zelfs ‘automatisch’ zonder tussenpersoon. Goed dat ze dat ontwikkelen.Tot op dit moment zijn we zeer tevreden over de manier waarop MPG in elkaar zit en de renteopbrengst met ook nog een extra winstdeling aan het eind van de looptijd, en zijn we blij dat we niet gekozen hebben voor het zelf kopen van panden of andere minder stabiele investeringen.

Our first experience dates back to 2016, when we entered the MPG Fund I (Netherlands) after comparison with other providers. Since then, after proven reliability and again comparison with other providers of real estate funds, we also entered their Netherlands 2, Germany, and England funds. These are all separate BVs. I had personal contact with almost all of their people and also visited their office. They answer all questions, and it is clear that they are not looking for a quick profit, but a decent income in the long term. Their system is well put together, with a supervisor (Confidon) who takes care of the money, so that we feel confident about the handling of the invested money. Payment of interest every three months has always been right on time. Regardin transparency, as an investor you have access to what they purchase, what the gross rental income is, and you have insight (if you want) of all purchases, rentals and maintenance contracts. So you have the certainty that your money is really there, and not somewhere else. The fact that they work with blockchain — not the cryptocurrency part but the technology — is an advantage for us, because it means that the information about purchased houses and rental income and maintenance are reliable and cannot be manipulated or ‘adjusted’ afterwards. You can also invest from €1000 and sell again if you want, even ‘automatically’ without an intermediary. It’s good that they developed that.
